Homeowners will soon have an even wider choice of mortgage lender as Wizard Financial Services joins the fray.
Wizard, Australia's second largest non-bank lender, is currently advertising here for mortgage managers and says it will be establishing niche market operators and satellite offices throughout New Zealand. Director Paul Ryan said from Sydney this afternoon that further details would be released shortly.
Wizard has been offering home loans in Australia for the past decade. Last year, it was rated Australia's leading non-bank financial institution by the Australian Banking and Finance magazine.
Since April, it has also offered customers the chance to apply for and have loans approved online through its website ewizard.com.au.
